Walkthrough Preparation

The buyers will schedule a final walkthrough one to two days prior to closing. In preparation, we recommend the following:

• Remove all personal property (nothing should be left for the buyer that was not in the contract or previously discussed)

• Remove all trash from the house and leave outdoors for trash company

• Wipe down all surfaces

• Vacuum or sweep/mop all flooring

• Leave all extra keys, all garage door openers & remotes on the kitchen counter including other home remotes (ceiling fans, fireplaces, etc.)

• Leave any instruction manuals to stay with the house together on the kitchen counter or in a kitchen drawer
